No Drones or BBQs/Fires allowed

NEWS2021-04-29

Please be advised that the use of drones at The Yorkshire Motorsport Festival is NOT PERMITTED in any circumstances. If anyone uses a drone around the area between Thursday 24th June and Monday 28th June, the drone equipment will be confiscated and returned after the event. The airspace has been allocated for our pilot aerobatic plane and any use of the air space other than this would be in contradiction to the rules and regulations which are in place.

Similarly BBQs and open fires are not allowed on the site, including on the campsite area as we are close to the moorlands and this is a very dry time of year. We are committed to preserving the area in which we operate and urge all visitors to help us respect and preserve the wonderful countryside we are lucky enough to inhabit for the weekend. If anyone is caught lighting fires or BBQs fines will be incurred, and again, equipment confiscated.

Have fun but keep us all safe. Remember, no drones, no open flames. Be vigilant, and if you see anyone breaking the rules please alert a member of our team.
