This unique 1967 Grantura GEM is a one-off prototype built by Grantura Plastics (a subsidiary of TVR) in Blackpool 1967. The car was the brainchild of DFC awarded Hawker Typhoon pilot, three times Freddie Dixon Trophy winner, and TVR Car Club President, the late Tommy Entwistle, who retained and developed the car over a long racing career spanning from 1967 to 2015. In 2008 at 87 years of age, Tommy was confirmed as the oldest racing driver with an international race licence at the wheel of the GEM and continued racing until 2010. The car is now piloted by its 2nd ever owners, Chris & John Livesey.
